We have great news! All Burt County newspapers (of which there is a copy to be found, anywhere) are now digitized online. With help from supporters, Burt County Museum just had Tekamah newspapers copied by Advantage-Preservation, many with permission from Lee Enterprises. Other towns in the county used their community’s resources to fund their project. The respective websites are listed below and are free to users. Our thanks to everyone involved in these projects.

“Living is like tearing through a museum. Not until later do you start absorbing what you saw, thinking about it, looking it up in a book, and remembering – – because you can’t take it in all at once.” – Audrey Hepburn
